Incoming raw spice is pre-cleaned, steam-sterilised to reduce microbial load, milled to a buyer-specified mesh and — where required — blended into custom seasonings. Whole, ground and blended formats are available, in bulk and small-pouch packing.
Every spice is handled under CTA's FSSAI licence and FSSC 22000 food-safety system, with Spices Board of India registration for export.
